1
The
first track is what we call a “programming”
soundtrack. Its purpose is to facilitate deep states
of meditation and should only be listened to while relaxing.
The soundtrack contains four subliminal and supraliminal
layers (consisting of powerful and effective affirmations
and goals) recorded at various frequencies.
The
layers are barely perceptible at a conscious level.
However, studies have shown that the subconscious mind
can still perceive these embedded layers and be stimulated
and affected by them. The result is a powerful
soundtrack which bypasses the conscious mind
while simultaneously exposing the subconscious mind
to positive suggestion and programming.
This
track contains powerful mind scripting affirmations
which are masked by an incredibly realistic sound environment
(i.e., a natural soundscape).

2
The
second track is an “activator”
soundtrack. Its purpose is to activate and trigger the
programming of the first track. It may be listened to
while engaging in light activity such as reading or
relaxing, but certainly not while driving or operating
heavy equipment.
The music on Track 2 is specially recorded and mastered
for relaxation. Most of the music on the activator soundtrack
is recorded at a tempo of 60 beats per minute. This
tempo helps to facilitate meditation, learning, calmness,
inner peace and deep relaxation.
This
track also contains affirmations and goals (at various
frequency levels), but they are masked with carefully
selected, high-quality music rather than a contemplative
sound environment.

In addition, we’ve added various NLP (Neuro
Linguistic Programming) techniques to both tracks
to facilitate positive behavior changes.
The music
we use on the activator soundtrack is professionally scored
and arranged. Unlike many competitors’ products,
